We recently donated 40 m² of our popular 20mm Limestone Ivory paving to Ysgol Glantaf in Cardiff! They wanted to transform their outdoor area to make it more appealing and accessible for their students.

As a company with roots in South Wales, we were keen to help this fantastic Welsh school and give back to the community. We know that the children and staff at Ysgol Glantaf will get years of enjoyment out of their new garden space and we're so pleased with how it turned out.

The project was featured on an episode of Prosiect Pum Mil on the Welsh TV channel S4C that aired on Sunday 29th November. The programme's presenter, Trystan Ellis-Morris visited our South Wales showroom to discuss the project. To cover the necessary area, we gifted them roughly £1,200 worth of Limestone Ivory paving. We're so pleased we did because the finished space looks amazing

Hello! We've been extremely busy of late, which is why we haven't updated the blog for a while, but rest assured that we're still transforming gardens up and down the country! Here are some pictures of our latest work:
This is an outdoor seating area at Cowbridge Comprehensive, a secondary school in the Vale of Glamorgan. We provided two different types of porcelain paving for this space - Bluestone Midnight (the darker slabs in the centre) and Quartz (around the edge). We love this use of two contrasting colours, and the students at Cowbridge Comp now have a far more attractive place to eat, study, and meet with their friends!
This is a garden in London that we helped to improve with our Limestone Vanilla porcelain paving. As usual, the light and creamy tones look absolutely wonderful in the sunshine - we're particularly fond of the step (also paved with Limestone Vanilla) that joins the patio to the back door. It looks absolutely seamless!
Speaking of seamless, feast your eyes on this beautiful image! This garden is located in the Worcester Park region of Surrey; the client opted for Dark Grey Granite Paving (one of the most recent additions to our collection), and we love how the new patio segues seamlessly outwards from the interior tiles. Amazing!

If you use outdoor porcelain tiles in your back garden then cleaning them is a walk in the park! Here's what you have to do:
- Grab a broom and sweep away any debris - leaves, sticks, and so forth. Things like that will only get in the way when you're trying to wash your tiles.
- Fill a bucket with warm, soapy water (it needn't be scalding hot). There's no need for bleach or anything of that ilk; standard washing-up liquid will do the job perfectly well.
- Wet a scrubbing brush in your soapy water and scrub at the tiles to remove any dirt and residue.
- Once you've washed the whole patio, leave it to dry - your tiles should be gleaming again in no time!
The best thing about porcelain paving is the fact that an annual clean really is all that it needs. Some patio materials require far more maintenance, but not ours - just carry out those four steps once a year (or more if the tiles get particularly dirty on a regular basis), and the patio will continue to look perfect, year after year after year!
